Intuitive Flow blends the wisdom of yoga asana with the transformative power of meditation. Through your practice, yoga asana acts as a gateway, skillfully preparing both body and mind to enter the serene realm of meditation.

Emphasizing breath awareness, energetic alignment, and introspective practices, Alexandra encourages you to explore your yoga practice beyond the mat.

Class will begin with a refreshing yoga session to release stagnant energy in the body, followed by soothing restorative postures. After Savasana, we’ll seamlessly transition into a group meditation, which you can enjoy either seated upright or while remaining in Savasana.

  • Drop-ins are welcome, just arrive.

    The drop-in rate is $22

    However, planning ahead will guarantee your spot. Click the Register Here button and select the class you’d like to register for. Be sure to check out the “Bring a Friend” option for a discounted rate.

    When you (and your friend) arrive for class, Alexandra will be there to check you in.

  • Thats ok!

    Although encouraged (and you will be mentally and physically prepared for it), the meditation portion of the class is optional.

    You are welcome to enjoy an extended Savasana instead of meditating. Who doesn't love a little extra time in Savasana anyway?

  • Please bring your yoga mat and any props you enjoy using like blocks, eye mask, or blanket.

    A water bottle and journal are recommended. After mediation, you may enjoy writing down insights that came to you.
